safety, privacy, program flexibility and strengthens their group and
church community.
Rustic atmosphere with state of the art facilities
Family camping, youth camping and retreat center

We create opportunities for spiritual growth
and Christ-like community offering God’s love to all.
Campers slow down and become more attuned within them with God. They get
away from routine and get recharged. They return home more thankful and
with greater purpose.
Campers delve more deeply into the life and teachings of Jesus Christ,
by sparking interests through meaningful and fun activities then reflecting
on insight gained that have application to daily life. Help campers move
from just talk to incorporating their gained insight into daily relationships.
Desired result: Campers leave with a deeper connection with God and expanding
faith and trust in God’s love for oneself and the entire creation.
Staff and Volunteer staff reflect the embrace of God for all people by
creating environments and experiences of Christian love for those who
come to the camp. We extend peace, patience, kindness, joy and love. Goal
is to encourage groups to create a beloved community for one another through
shared meals, family and group activities, friendships, and spiritual
growth.
Provide leadership growth opportunities to campers, staff, volunteer staff,
and volunteers, so that our church and society leaders lead with integrity
and sensitivity through collaboration on projects that enhance community
experiences. Also, provide the opportunities for our campers to listen
for God’s guidance about the direction of their lives and their
leadership.
Provide activities that engage campers with creation because the natural
world speaks of the Creator. Teach that Nature sustains us, revives us,
stirs a sense of awe, and reveals insights into the meaning of life because
Nature’s source is God. We need to emphasize conservation techniques
and participate in practices, so that we preserve our environment for
all creatures. Earth care is part of Christian faith and living.
Create covenant connection with United Methodist Congregations through
supporting a common mission. We will listen, understand, and support goals
of the community and churches so that we can endeavor to respond to the
needs of the people and communities in their areas. We will assist by
designing faith-based programs, hosting/planning retreats, providing experiences
that transform the lives of the people and communities served by the churches.
Intentionally host non-profit groups for team building and implementing
programs that improve life and that have clear purpose to better the world.
We want to make a significant difference in the world by inspiring and
supporting those also advancing love and justice.
