Volunteering as a summer camp counselor is a growth opportunity for high school and college students to develop their spiritual leadership abilities while enjoying all the fun of the camp activities. Every volunteer counselor is a role model to the campers that are assigned to him/her and has the chance to influence them to live for Christ.
